Our Big 4 client, a major player in the Real Estate and Asset Financing market, requires a Senior Manager to join the Asset Finance and Leasing team.
Working with international FTSE 100 companies, including major airlines, ports and transportation companies you will responsible for preparing tax relating to asset finance and leasing options. As this is a constantly evolving market sector, the role will involve a large amount M&A and deal work relating to client acquisitions and disposals, as well as international tax planning to assist clients with international activity; there will also be a requirement to complete some tax compliance on behalf of clients.
This team are looking for an all-round Corporate Tax specialist looking for a move into a Senior Manager position; you must be ACA qualified and an additional CTA qualification will also be advantageous. As this role does involve complex tax scenarios relating to international client activity, as well as significant asset taxation work, this team will also look at Qualified Lawyers.
If you have strong technical Corporate Tax knowledge and have some experience of working with assets, M&A/deals or leasing within the Transport, Property Retail or FS sectors, this role represents an exciting opportunity to advance your career within a highly successful and growing team.
