Central London based Big 4 firm with an internationally recognised Real Estate Tax division requires a talented Senior Manager to join its team. This is a largely transaction based team, with a strong core of UK and European planning and structuring which it uses to provide its clients with professional and innovative solutions to their issues. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work with one of the world's best known firms, within one of its most successful divisions.
Reporting to the Directors and Partner, and responsible for junior members of the Real Estate Tax Team, the key aspects of this role are as follows;
- Structuring for UK and international property funds
- Advising on the structuring of limited partnerships and joint ventures
- Liaising with key players in the UK's property industry, including major infrastructure and utilities providers
- Communicating effectively with both clients and colleagues in order to provide a market leading service
- Offering advice on inbound and outbound investments as well as property outsourcing and property securitizations
You will be ATT/ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with experience working in a professional services environment. This position will give you the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and work with an expanding portfolio of high profile clients.
