Big4 Singapore Urgently Requires Asian Experience Individual Tax Managers!
My client, a Big4 Firm in Singapore is urgently seeking Individual Tax Managers to join their Tax Team based within their Singapore Headquarters.
Singapore is one of the most prosperous cities in the world, with several distinct districts containing sightseeing, restaurants, nightlife and fabulous accommodation and also the busiest port on the globe.
The city effortlessly combines modern skyscrapers and business districts along with the traditional influences of chinese, malaysian and indian architecture offering plenty of opportunity for sightseeing. Singapore also has over 50% of its area covered by greenery and with over 50 major parks and 4 nature reserves, it is an enchanting garden city.
There are also many sports to do including golfing, surfing, scuba diving, waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and canoeing and even indoor skiing and snow diving!
As English is the most common language spoken in the country language isn't a problem which adds to the rich diversity of the city.
The role responsibilities will be :
Responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients with internationally deployed staff in Singapore. This will include preparation and review of individual tax returns for their employees (including CEOs and key decision-makers), developing effective tax minimisation strategies, identifying tax planning opportunities to minimise tax costs and managing client relationships
The Ideal Candidate will have:
1-2 years management experience.
5-6 years Individual Tax Experience
Preferred Big4 experience
A professional accountancy or tax qualification is preferred but not essential
Individual Tax experience
Experience of the Asian market
