In anticipation of exponential growth, we are working with the Recruitment team in seeking multi-talented tax professionals who have the ambition and intellect to drive the Corporate Tax Advisory business further forward.
Responsibilities:
* Developing tax solutions and providing comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to top-tier corporate clients across a diverse range of industries.
* Participating in a broad range of projects, which could include transactions, M&A and international structuring work.
* Taking on a proactive role in identifying new business opportunities and be responsible for the development and marketing of new products or service offerings.
Requirements:
* A degree and/or relevant post graduate/professional qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or Law
* Demonstrable experience of operating in a managerial capacity and have advisory experience in one or more areas of international tax planning, M&A, banking and financial services
