Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager with a Financial Services focus to its Singapore office. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest tax practices in Singapore which provides advice on all aspects of tax-efficient funding structures, including various financing and treasury issues as well as providing comprehensive tax solutions and tax strategy planning.
The Role
* Develop tax solutions and provide comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to top-tier Financial Services clients
* Become involved in a range of projects including transactions, M&A and international structuring work
* Identify new business opportunities, developing and marketing new products and service offerings
The Candidate
* Degree qualified
* Professionally qualified in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or Law
* Proven track record in a managerial capacity
* Advisory experience in International Tax Planning, M&A and/ or Banking & Financial Services
* Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is not essential
Alternatively
* Qualified tax lawyers seeking a new challenge are also of interest
