This global conglomerate is currently recruiting an qualified tax accountant to take on an important role within their EMEA Tax Compliance and ReportingВ function based in the Thames Valley. Reporting in to the EMEA Tax Manager the role will be involved with the management of the Groups International Markets corporate tax compliance and reporting.

Main responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of all UK Group Tax Returns
* Preparation of other necessary UK filings
* Preparation of certain non-UK returns including assistance with tax disclosures in statutory financialВ statements
* Responsibility for HMRC correspondence and enquiries
* Work with Senior Director Tax Reporting on collection of relevant data and preparation of quarterly tax provisions to identify and document FIN48 obligations
* Work with senior director tax on reporting on quarterly group reporting process
* Assist in the data modeling and management for the tax forecasting process
* Interacting with the business to support transfer pricing reviews and implementation
* Assist in relevant governance documentation

You will need to combine strong tax technical knowelge with excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage your time.
