This team provides employment taxes and benefits advice as part of a multi-disciplined department able to advise national and global clients on all aspects of the tax and national insurance treatment of cash or share based rewards, expenses and benefits. Your role will be varied and challenging, including the following responsibilities:
To manage your own portfolio of clients/contacts
ability to generate own revenue and support team business development
The ability to build relationships with clients and be client facing
Networking ability to forge internal relationships
To lead own projects directly with clients and be responsible for managing internal risk procedures and fee negotiations
To represent the Employment Solutions business at internal team meetings
Work closely with Managers and Senior Managers, providing support in a technical role on reports, meetings, research & client management.
