This Big 4 accountancy firm is looking for an employment solutions consultant to take up a client facing role in its growing leading edge team.
You will be responsible for advising clients on the employment cost reduction initiatives such as salary sacrifice arrangements, company cars and flexible benefits. Experience of such work and/or an interest supported by a background of working in the field of employment tax issues, including PAYE, NIC and Benefits in Kind would be helpful.
This role is extremely varied and includes a high level of consultancy work. It could also include advising on employment taxes, remuneration planning, international social security advice, redundancy and termination advice.
You must have a minimum of 2 years employment taxes experience and either be ATT qualified or have an interest in pursuing the qualification. You should also be a team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong numerical and analytical skills.
