This Big 4 accountancy firm is looking for an experienced employment taxes manager or a senior manager to join its growing employment taxes consulting team in Southampton.
The team focuses specifically on providing income tax, NIC and PAYE planning advice and solutions to clients ranging from large corporations through to smaller fast growing businesses. This will include covering issues such as dispensations, redundancy and termination payments, remuneration planning, salary sacrifice and dealing with restructuring/transaction issues. You will undertake a staff management role and will contribute to employee appraisals, coach the more junior team members and lead technical training sessions.
You should be CTA qualified with a working knowledge of UK employment tax issues. A knowledge of wider based employment tax issues relating to equity based remuneration and international assignments would also be advantageous. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
