Overall job functions will be to provide support to the Regional Tax Director and to manage all tax matters across Europe. Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation and follow-up of the European Tax aspects of international projects with the aim to advice the Tax Director of opportunities and consequences.
- Evaluate tax reporting positions related to international tax projets
- Support corporate tax team members when dealing with international tax projects
- Coordinate and participate actively in M&A and restructuring projects in Europe with a particular focus on corporate tax and financing structuring.
- Monitor and coordinate tax reporting in Europe, with emphasis on the management of effective tax rate and on tax risk management.
- Coordinate European tax due diligences
