Our client, a Big 4 Firm, is looking to recruit a Tax Director with a focus on financial services for their Dublin based team. You will be working closely with the Partner to grow and develop the business. In this role you will be acting as the main point of contact for significant clients. You will be working with the best team on the most complex financial services issues. This position will enable you to excel your career.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
• Developing a network of contacts internally and externally
• Providing high levels of client service
• Actively targeting and evaluating opportunities for selling work and being a key player in the process.
To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate:
• Significant experience within the FS industry gained in either financial services or within an accountancy firm.
• Negotiation skills and an ability to sustain opinion and handle challenges
• The ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
• Client driven combined with a strategic and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent professional qualification
