An opportunity has arisen to join the Global Mobility and Reward Services team of well known company as a Global Mobility Analyst on either a 12 month or 18 month contract.
As part of the team which is accountable for managing and designing delivery of all aspects of the International Assignments program and the delivery of Global Reward & Equity services, the Global Mobility team is accountable for managing 1800 International Assignees across over 80 countries.
The role is primarily to act as the principle point of contact for international assignees at the pre-assignment, on-assignment and post-assignment phases.
Reporting into a Global Mobility Manager and in addition to the above, you will be required to:
- Conduct policy and assignment briefings
- Manage end to end case transfer accountabilities
- Reviews of assignment compensation, payroll instructions and balance sheets
- Country level contact for HR and other stakeholders
- Initiating third party suppliers for immigration, health, tax, social security and relocation services
- Review and analysis of new initiations to determine appropriate policy type and ensure and complete information.
- Preparation and review of Assignee Cost Estimates
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills as well as a customer mindset.
