A fantastic opportunity as a International Tax Director within a leading UK based law firm has recently become available. The role is a fantastic opportunity to further expand on your international experience within a leading International organisation.
You will be supporting the Head of Tax in the management of the International Tax team, covering business tax compliance, strategic tax advice, tax services to partners and International mobility. You will be providing strategic tax advise to optimise the tax position of the partners and the firm, this will involve technical analysis and project management. Furthermore you will also be managing and developing profit extraction mechanisms, optimising the tax position of the partners and the firm whilst also managing the firm's tax charge, including withholding tax, this will include providing advice on WHT and double relief tax claims.
A successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA and/or CTA qualified, trained in a Big 4 practice and ideally have experience within Law firms, although this is not mandatory.
