This is an experienced team that work closely with Corporate Finance and Transactions Services on wide-ranging traditional transactions encompassing PE and Infrastructure Funds. The background needed for this role should come from a traditional transactions tax team having dealt with project management, diligence, structuring, buy-outs and supervisory duties.
