The Role:
Working as a Manager you will have the opportunity to work in the Development, Initiation or Implementation team. This will include the following duties and responsibilities:
В• Collaborating with internal departments on proposed deals
В• Reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
В• Financial modeling
В• Researching and analysing commercial, tax, accounting and economic implications
В• Preparing reports and papers
The Person:
You will be a quick-thinking candidate with a strong academic background who is rated highly in your current environment. You will most likely be currently working in a Big-Four firm, preferably within the tax, corporate finance or audit department.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
В• Highly numerate with strong commercial aptitude
В• Excellent academic history at both school and university (with CTA/ACA qualification viewed highly)
В• Excellent communication skills
В• Confident with strong relationship management skills
В• Strong problem solving skills
