This Big 4 accountancy firm is looking for a Manager and / or Senior Manager to join their Operational Taxes team. The consistently increasing client and engagement portfolio will ensure that you can work with the world’s leading financial institutions and be able to put your mark on the work you deliver.
To be considered for this role you will have experience in advising on information reporting and withholding regimes.
Key areas of work involvement include:
• Advisory on US qualified intermediary regulations and other equivalent regimes e.g. audits, health checks and technical advisory.
• Providing technical advise and approach to comply with FATCA regulations.
• Advising on tax reclaims, imposition of withholding taxes and interpretation of double tax treaties.
To be considered for this role you should have the following:
• ACA and/or CTA qualified.
• Experience in managing a client portfolio and managing junior staff.
• Technical knowledge of FATCA
• Abilty to work closely with clients and to apply practical and commercial concepts to technical work.
This position will require the willingness to travel from time to time.
