As a Manager within our expatriate team you will play an integral part in streamlining the tax return process and liaising between engagement teams and our clients .

As an expatriate tax specialist, you will:
· Manage all day to day aspects of our client engagements.
· Be the primary contact point for both the corporate clients and the individual expatriates.
· Manage engagement teams to ensure that everyone is delivering for our clients
· Responsibility for the delivery of technical advice to our clients, reviewing work and providing coaching to less experienced colleagues
· Management of the tax return compliance process, addressing any concerns and ensuring the compliance process runs smoothly
· Be involved in technical analysis of remuneration plans and expatriate tax positions
To qualify, you will have:
· ATT/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
· Experience of preparing, reviewing and signing off UK tax returns
· The ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels
· Experience of managing small teams
· Experience of year end process, modified PAYE, NIC and expatriate P11d's would be beneficial, but not essential
