An international financial services company, which has recently experienced growth within their teams, is searching for an experience Financial Controller or Financial Analyst, with a background in either financial services or insurance/reinsurance, to fill their Senior Financial Analyst roles.
The Role:
- International environment
- Regular presentations and exposure to senior management
- Potential to be fully sponsored for training and development courses
- Potential to lead a team of 3 within the first six months
- Opportunities to progress to a more senior managerial level, either within Switzerland or globally in the future
Key skills/requirements:
- Experienced Financial Analyst or Financial Controller
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of additional European languges would be a benefit
- International mindset
- Excellent time management skills
- FINMA or IFRS experience desirable
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-5 years controlling or analyst experience in a financial services, insurance or reinsurance, but similar backgrounds in controlling will be considered.
Candidates with a financial accounting background within the same industries may also be of interest.
The role reports on a dual basis to the Head of Department and the Regional CFO.
