The Role
In one of these business units this growth of the tax team has created an opening for a Senior International Tax Manager to work directly alongside the Head of Tax. This role has a specific focus on M&A and restructuring activities.
Responsibilities
*Responsibility for all international corporate tax matters
*Co-manage all M&A and restructuring projects.
*Oversee the tax reporting
*Travel to countries in which the company has specific activities to maintain the visibility of tax across the business in key areas.
*Documentation of cross-border transactions from a Danish and international perspective.
About you
*Between 5 and 7 years experience gained in either industry, Big 4 or a law firm
*Fluent English
*Culturally adaptable
