This is privately owned industrial multinational company has a rare opportunity for an ambitious tax manager to join its team in Delft, the Netherlands.
This standalone role reports to the Group Tax Manager based in Switzerland. It is a В‘hands onВ’ position taking ownership of tax compliance for all taxes for projects executed worldwide, as well as providing tax advice to the business. There is plenty of involvement in transfer pricing and identifying tax risks across Europe. The role also manages Dutch and foreign tax audits, supports the tax planning team in special tax projects; and is the first point of contact for the Project Management, Subcontracting and Procurement Departments.
To fulfil the requirements of this position you will need a solid background in corporate tax and the application of Double Taxation Conventions. Knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines; and of EU VAT is important as well. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required and an excellent working command of English.
