This major Financial Services group wishes to recruit a Tax Director:
The position has responsibility for tax support and planning for the businesses.
Specific responsibilities will include providing tax advice on a number of important issues including capital transactions, new products approval, transfer pricing, operational taxes, business development and financing. You will also have responsibility for managing and supporting on reporting and compliance and the management of tax risks.
Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants with extensive experience of UK and International tax systems. A strong ability to build excellent working relationships is also essential.
