* Tax planning for individuals, estates, trusts, and closely held corporations
* Alternative minimum tax, passive loss, multi-state and foreign taxation issues
* Income and estate planning.
Required Skills
* BS in accounting
* JD or CPA
* 8+ years of relevant experience
* Working knowledge of state/local tax, trust/estate law and tax compliance |
