This role as part of a wider team will help with the management of UK compliance, year end reporting and delivering tax value through planning. Aspects of the role will include CFC, dividend exemption, post transaction reporting and the proactive management of the Group?s UK corporate tax affairs to ensure that a good relationship is maintained with HMRC.
Suitable candidates will be professionally qualified (ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent) and have:
- Technical tax capability on tax legislation applicable to UK operations e.g. loan relationships, CFC, DTR, Treasury consent
- Strong tax accounting skills (UK GAAP and IFRS)
