Job Description
As the Tax Senior, you will cover all tax areas within the firm, mainly separated into two areas - customer funds and management company. Some of your duties will include:
* Preparation of estimated monthly taxable income for limited partner investors
* Specific and detailed taxable income analysis
* Preparation of specific information communicated to outside investors
* Quarterly calculation for any estimated tax payments required and the annual Schedule K1 process
* General support to the Tax Director/Manager for all tax related items surrounding side pocket / private placement / illiquid investments made
Required Skills
* 2.5 + years of tax experience
* Hedge Fund work experience from public industry (Big 4 firm or a mid-size firm)
* Dedicated and motivated
* Bright, with the ability to learn new things easily
